I had my first appointment with Romy last Saturday, and I felt AMAZING. I found my dress, which is so exciting but Romy honestly made the process so seamless and easy. I was very nervous going in and I had not really much idea on what would look good on me. Romy was super chill and didn’t pressure me to try anything I wasn’t comfortable with and she just generally made the whole appointment a GREAT experience. The customer service has been 100%, even down to receiving a call the next business day to ensure I was happy with the sizing we had ordered as I was in between sizes.
