Unfortunately, this restaurant has landed on my 'do not reorder' list.
What should have been teriyaki chicken and steamed rice arrived as some sad type of chicken broth with a distinct lack of steamed rice.
Staring at my vegetable broth, with a sprinkling of chicken, I called the restaurant and after 5 minutes of discussion, during which the lady admitted to forgetting to include the rice in my order, I was told they would check with the manager regarding my missing half of my meal and was then promptly hung up on.
Considering the lady failed to take my mobile number, I didn't hold my breath for a return call.
5+ calls later they finally answered and advised they would not be delivering the missing half of my meal and I could either get the rice 'next time' or call Menulog.
Considering I don't ever plan on purchasing their food again, it was an easy decision to contact Menulog.
The good news is, in the time it took me to try and obtain my full order, and fail, I managed to pick through the brown broth and locate the few pieces of chicken hiding in there.
