Shane has had my motorcycle since Dec 2020. Was originally told it would be a 2-3 week turnaround. After over a year’s worth of back and forth and this and that and being super understanding for life problems, Shane has “moved locations” and never told me his new location and does not answer his phone and has stopped all communications. Have no idea where my motorcycle is or what is going on. Last communication was nearly 3 months ago. Hate to write a poor review, but this is unacceptable business conduct and others need to know before getting themselves into a similar situation as me. Words can’t express how disturbing and stressful this had been. I hope Shane can make right of this. But it wasnt worth it to go this route for me personally.
