They provide excellent and friendly service. They use very good personally selected products from France and Italy so dont expect to be paying "asian" prices here. The prices are worth the product and services thats being provided. Quality and attention to detail is what counts here. Make sure you explain your expectation as they usually can accommodate and are flexible in what they they do. They will let you know if youre requirements cant be met before you let them do any work.
If you want the cheapest material and dont care for quality, go elsewhere.
UPDATE: I brought a pair of worn and stained suede shoe for repair and he was able to make the color of my shoes all uniform and removed all the dark spots and stains. Its amazing! It now worth my attention to maintain going forward. Even though it took 4 days, its well worth the time, his skill and his attention to detail. Very reliable and great service.
