My RV generator wasn’t producing and I assumed a breaker had popped but I couldn’t find. A call to Winnebago wasn’t any help: they apparently didn’t know where it was either. (To their credit, they called later when they found out where it was). So, I pulled in to Petersen’s and the lady was apologetic and explained that they did not work on generators. But, she would ask the owner, who was in the shop under an RV, where I might get help. Instead, the gentlemen came up front himself and said, let’s go take a look at it. Within 30 seconds of opening the generator access door he had the breaker located and reset. I went and tried it: problem solved. This is really not a big deal but to me it spoke volumes that he would take the time to come and look. In this time of discord and division, finding someone who cares is like a breath of fresh air.
