Worst nail experience to date. My nails not only look terrible!!! But also the guy doing my nails cut me under my nail with his high speed file. When they removed my original dip it got all over my fingers and instead of cleaning it up he began to just work on my nails until he noticed me trying to pick off the bits of dried dip on my skin. Then he PAINTED a thick layer of dip on my nails... Maybe I'm mistaken, but never have I ever had anyone paint on the dip as if it were acrylic. It left huge clumps under my nails which he once again didn't plan to remove until he saw me looking and asked if the shape was ok. Even then barely removed the glue under the nails. I left with tons of thin bits of dried harden dip all over my fingers. And to top of the horror that was happening to my nails, a lady came in explaining how they charged her 30 extra AFTER the original charge. He explained they forgot to charge her for one of her services so they just added it later!!! She was upset, he argued with her and just kept repeating himself. When she left he proceeds to show me her receipt and explain to me the exact same thing he just told her several times about how she should've been charged and how some people only care about money! How is that my business I was uncomfortable and didn't know what to say considering he's already midway through my terrible nails. The only reason for any star at all was that he offered me a discount for injuring me and only charged 25 for my dip. Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else!
