The service my friends and I received lately was absolutely appalling. Simply wanted to have a nice drink after a day of driving. We went in and were told the toilets were customer only. No problem we stay for a while and have a drink. It took 7 to 8 minutes for my friends drink to arrive to him. After he ordered his drink and paid, the staff walked away and almost neglected him. After receiving foul looks from the other staff. We decided we were very unwelcome. This is not the standard of service anyone should get. Not a friendly smile in sight as we set our sights on a new destination to have a good drink.
