Terrible experience trying to work with these guys for some items since July 28th, placed order for a winch and synthetic cable and was told wait 2-3 weeks, called back 3 weeks later order had never been placed, fast forward to now Sept 29, calling to verify status, am told can't get winch for 8 months, Billy was very rude/unprofessional on the phone and repeatedly cut me off even when I said "Sir, I am respectfully just asking don't you think it would be a nice courtesy call to let us know this"... Nearly every phone call/experience with them was negative except one. Hate to sound like a "Karen" but will never be contacting them again and would not recommend, would give less than 1 star if possible
