Terrible customer service.
Horrible Atmosphere.
Dirty environment.
Five staff & not one of them noticed me in front of the counter waiting to be served for 20mins.
It was like they all didn't know what they was doing.
Two customers in front of me was served then when it came to me. A staff member went and cleaned the table right next to me, the girl on the till walked off & looked at me from the kitchen, the guy on the coffee machine kept looking away from me, the lady in the kitchen was just shouting stuff out to her other colleagues and another staff member just walking around not doing anything. In the seating area on the floor had loads of food which my dog kept trying to eat. The quality of the food & drink I saw that was given to the two customers before me didn't look very nice.
