Ordered Combination fried noodle to takeaway, came and pick up around 10 AM (price increased to $19.80), I asked for some chili oil to go with the order. Staff claimed that they ran out of chili oil (at 10 in the morning). I acknowledged that cost of everything increased but if you don't want to provide free chili oil for takeaway order, just put up a sign to say so and I will be happy to pay for it. Don't just claimed that you've ran out of chili oil at 10 AM. Don't treat your customers like street beggers. Staff attitude (girl at the cash counter) need to improve heaps more. Her tone sounded like she does not care for customer's feeling (Customers who brought in business to pay for HER WAGES). Owner of the business should take a good look at the way your staffs treat your customers. We deserved to be treated better.
