Will update if he keeps his word. I have a 2012 Ford Taurus Sho vehicle, and right now I got diagnosed with water pump problems. Happily My warranty covers this getting replaced. He told me my car would be ready Friday, it's been there since Tuesday, fast fwd on Saturday morning I gets a call saying they popped my oil line while trying to get the water pump line in. And the part won't be in until WEDNESDAY!!! I asked him for a car or something for the inconvenience. I have kids at 2 different schools and I work. And I can not afford another day with my rental.. let alone 5 extra days!! He said give him to Monday for him to put me in a vehicle he has up there...
