June 16th 2022 Under construction. Pool not working. Parking is horrible. Unit 1002 needs updating. Appliances need a thorough cleaning. Nasty ashtray left in the sink by the cleaning staff. Floors are gritty like they weren't properly vacuumed. Furniture and rugs are worn.
Update-June 18th 2022. Due to all of the Grinding and sanding on the exterior of the building, our balcony and the furniture are now covered in dust. Can't even enjoy the waves and your coffee because you can't sit on the balcony. DO NOT STAY HERE AT LEAST UNTIL THIS PLACE IS FINISHED.
