Having eaten here numerous times for lunch, we have seen it a lot. It tends to be a very busy place for lunch time, which would be our general meal when here. Right in the middle of Ennis town, that is understandable, but the past couple of times we have tried, we actually ended up leaving before our orders were taken.It tends to be very crowded and very loud, and unfortunately we have had very uncomfortable experiences here. Especially the upper and lower floors. The middle floor is quieter though not by much, and it tends to be so busy it's hard to find a spot on the middle floor. There is very little room between tables and customers tend to be very close together.The prices tend to be fine, and the food is always great. I understand it can be a fast paced environment with lots of people to serve, but the staff are sometimes rude.These days we would tend to eat lunch somewhere else and I don't think I would recommend. Now I haven't seen it early or late in the day, so I can't say much about that or whether it's different. But for lunch, definitely not a place to go.
