I went to chelsea urgent care early this morning to get seen. Yes there was a line before they opened, yes I was seen 2 hours after I signed in. That would be at any urgent care right now. The entire staff was amazingly helpful, upfront about the wait time, cheerful even though they are super stressed. I told the woman at the desk thank you and they are rock stars for putting up with all of this craziness and she was legitimately surprised. She said she never gets gratitude. Only people being upset that it is taking so long. Adam the AP, the nurses, and the front staff are truly a gift to our city. My covid test was positive and Adam was very clear about the medicine he was prescribing, where to get it the cheapest (on the meds insurance didnt cover) and to call if I had any issues at all. Thank you chelsea urgent care for taking care of the people of chelsea!
