So I called cosmo today.. Monday March 8th..first thing in the morning....a very pleasant young lady answered the phone...I had an issue with my hair and I needed help... she was very nice and very helpful. I told her what was suggested to me to fix my hair and she kindly disagreed and told me why and suggested something else... when I went there 2 young ladies were so helpful and so kind that it really left an impression on me, and not to mention what they suggested worked...I thought they deserved some recognition..unfortunately I didnt get their names but I just have to say that customer service like that goes a long way...
