You are not allowed to choose it by default, but you may let the store holder know which ingredient you want more/less/ swap out.The sauce is starchy, which is sticky and slimy, and has a hint anchovies.Staff are generally friendly, and provide table service.Cost $5 for the Yong tau foo, and 50¢ for a bowl of rice.Personally, I will eat here if I happen to be in this area but wouldn't purposefully come here to dine at this Yong tau foo store
