Excellent time in An Cruiscin in Cavan. We (my wife and 2 boys) where in Cavan town this cold morning and needed a place with a bit of comfort to warm up and get some food. Noticed An Cruiscin as we drove up the Main Street on the watch out for somewhere to drop in. Nice advertisement for food outside and plenty of parking so we decided to go in. Greeted by a pleasant face from behind the lovely traditional bar. Given s choice of seats and sat down to a lovely spacious table. The comfortable feeling of the heating was the second welcoming feeling. Got menus, ordered food and coffee and sat back. Great small chat with Amanda who had greeted us. Food and coffee arrived and it was lovely!! Delighted with our visit due to a number of reasons, will definitely be back again. Strongly recommend An Cruiscin, best place I have been in a long while. Great service, facilities and the cleanliness was noticeable.
