Impressive!! I took my Hummer to a place twelve months ago to have the transmission rebuilt. The job was done and I paid 2,300.00 for it.
Just after two weeks out of my twelve month warranty I began to have problems. Brian was recommended to me by a friend. I didn’t want to use the shop that I did last time. Keep in mind this vehicle had only been used for nine out of the twelve months.
I took it to Brian and in a pinch he still check it out while I was there and gave me some idea as to the problem. The vehicle had a broken filler tube ( dip stick tube) but I never mentioned it to Brian. The shop before didn’t replace it or mention to me it was broken but I knew about it.
I really like Brian’s Customer Service, his personality and will to help as well as understanding the hardship that was on me. Anyway, when I got home today I checked the fluid to make sure it had been filled with fluid because there was a note that said they had also found lines leaking going to transmission cooler. Could they have not been placed on correct before Very likely. So, I go to check the fluid level and Brian had also paid enough attention to detail that he had ordered and replaced the filler tube!
No big deal right WRONG! If it were you then you would understand that this company’s attention to detail and service was priority. Absolutely Outstanding!! I recommend Brian and his family. These jobs are expensive to say the least so go only to the best!
