They broke my 1995 Toyota 4Runner rear window regulator, and brought the window off the track. So now my truck/window is can not be used. They would NOT claim responsibility for it (in fact they said "even though it wasn't our fault, we will help" and it was WORKING FINE when I brought it to them, I literally used it the day before I gave it to them) with their window shop. Because they broke the regulator they couldn't help. They even almost forgot to give me back some of stuff (iPod, car accessories).
WOULD NOT go here until they figure out how to be honest when they break stuff and get some better customer service skills.
Other than all that nonsense the cleaning job was probably 8/10, minor discrepancies.
