If you're looking for an Overpriced, mediocre Mexican food joint then this is the place to go. I'm sorry, but they serve the worst Mexican food, it's embarrassing. Their tacos de papas didn't even have mashed potatoes in them, instead they were filled with a very small portion of cold hash browns.Their beans were cold and dry and the meat was stiff and flavorless. Their burritos were not good they were just overstuffed with their dry beans and rice. For their enchiladas, you can tell they use can sauce, they are plain, nothing special tasted alright. And the Molcajete chicken was dry and the steak too tuff.
Honestly, the only good dishes they serve is the Camarones a la Diabla and shrimp cocktail. And their Jamaica is good but that's about it.
It Definitely seems like the owner is trying to rip customers off. And to do it in a low socioeconomic neighborhood! I guess they're trying to rip off the Hwy travelers. Still, No shame in their game. If you're gonna charge an arm and a leg for food, at least serve quality dishes.
