Should be better. Our meals were good, service was great but the cleanliness, or lack there of and the look of the salad bar only rates it the 1 star. The onions, celery and some of the other condiments in the salad bar were the worst we've ever seen in a restaurant setting. You don't lazily cut up onions or celery for example and when they are dried out, you replace them. The floor throughout the restaurant was well overdue for a vacuuming and cleaning. Bathrooms were dirty and makes one wonder what the kitchen looks like. Never saw anyone use gloves or wash their hands. The best part was our server. Management of this place sure isn't earning their money. And apparently management and staff don't realize or care that appearance and cleanliness are important to many.
