Knox dining is exactly the kind of venue Surfers Paradise needed. The decor is super trendy and very well thought out. There are power points and usb points at most tables. The outdoor seating area is segregated in a way that caters to large groups as well as romantic little spots for couples.
Now for the most important part, the food and drinks. If you are a coffee afficiando, then you are going to love it here.
Havent had a chance to try out all the different items on the menu but the ones I have tried, I will highly recommend.
1. Sliders - Pulled pork & Crispy Soft Shell Crab
2. Octopus fritter
3. Beef Loco Moco
The dishes I had tried were perfectly balanced in flavours without any one ingredient overpowering an other. There were also several other healthy options in the menu for the fitness/health conscious. Will definitely be a regular here as the venue, service and food are simply amazing!
