When I went they were out of soap in all the stalls. The high pressure soap seemed to work, but doesn't really "stick" to the surface long enough for me to use the brush. So for $10 I basically rinsed off my car and used the vacuums. I called the number posted in the stalls and the response I got was, "Oh, it's out of soap Thanks for letting me know." They were nice and all, but they didn't resolve my issue. I'm disappointed because I've used this car wash for years but now I can't count on going there to get my car cleaned.
