I had a horrible experience the last time I went. Let me start by saying I paid $65 for the acrylics plus tipped $20, which I did because I assumed they would be much better than this. They told me it was fine to come in at around 6:30 to have an acrylic set done. I had to pay when he was less than halfway done because the store was closed and some employees were leaving. My nail tech was the older man with glasses. I asked for medium length stilettos. My nails are crooked, the shape is barely stiletto. The acrylic was applied in a way that looks bumpy. My cuticles were cut on three different fingers, one of which bled for several minutes. The colored base has gaps around my skin and looks as if I’ve already had these nails for several weeks. It’s embarrassing and I doubt I’ll be back to this salon after this.
