My daughter was about to head home to Houston when her car inexplicably wouldn't start at all. She got a ride from someone else, but her car was inoperable when she returned.
Found Stephen with NWA Mobile Auto Services, who came out to her apartment to diagnose. WIthin about 30 minutes, he had figured out the problem, a broken plastic bushing on the transmission shifter.
Toyota doesn't make the plastic bushing alone, only the entire assembly ($500), and it was a several week backorder part. Luckily Stephen had seen this before and knew of an alternative part that was just the bushing ($30), and could be ordered in a few days.
I fully expected (and would have happily paid) Stephen to come out for a second trip to install the part, instead, he took the time to show my daughter how to install it herself. As an added bonus, he cleaned up her battery terminals which had a bit of corrosion on them.
Absolute top notch service, would totally recommend Stephen, and I am a little less worried about my kid at school.
