The service was the best I have ever experienced. On an emergency, my relatives called Portera Auto and Towing, he arrived as soon as possible and informed me when he picked it up and when it arrived at the shop. He gave the best price he could by finding the best yet affordable parts. I agreed to the work and he sent me the estimated price and the reason behind the price and the work. He did not overcharge for labor or for towing. Finally, he labored to fix the car, taking it for a run he found more for issues with the car. He agreed to work with on the price and has even offered to use the now unusable car for payment. The owner kept me and my husband informed the whole way through the ordeal! Really great service and fantastic owner.
