The wait was 2 hours so I was told I could sign the book and come back, and when I did come back in a timely manner (about an hour later), I let them know I was back, and we made a comment about my name being on the book. Then, I was skipped over in line by a family of 3 that had walked in after me earlier and we’re on the book after me. They were not being serviced yet when I came back in, yet when each technician finished they took care of all 3 of those family members while I sat waiting. As others came in the door, they were assisted before me because they were “already on the book…” I should not have to speak up and fight to be serviced as a customer! After over 3 hours of this, I left without getting my nails done and will not be back.
