I don’t usually post reviews but this was such a terrible experience I had to! First of all, the manager who first walks up to you will try to pressure me to upgrade package to a “polish” package for an extra $250 bucks. Don’t not fall for this apparently he does this to everyone and he is drunk today. Secondly, after waiting over an hour I was told I better walk up to the local cafe because it won’t be done for another 2 hours at least. One lady was waiting for her car wash trying to help us out but unfortunately It didn’t happen . Why would the manager try to make everyone upgrade knowing that they are so incompetent in their service already for a basic wash and clean?! After one and half hour waiting, myself and multiple other people walked out cars not even touched! I honestly cannot believe how bad their customer service is! I hope you review your management because the bloke running the joint is absolutely hopeless in all aspects! Cheers for the day waster!Note* managers name was Noni/Nodi or something like that! I wouldn’t give him the time of day if I were anyone!
