This is by far the worst hand car wash cleaning service in the western suburbs.
I delivered my car at 10am this morning for a complete interior detail and was advised that it would be ready by 5pm.
- I informed them that I’ve had my car cleaned here before in the past and was not happy with the service.
- Pointed out specific areas of interest.
- Kindly requested that they leave the child car seat strapped in.
I was extremely disappointed with the service.
Upon arrival I found that the child car seat had been removed, and milk stains were still present on the seats (for which an employee apologised and sought immediate rectification).
I then found myself in an argument as to whether or not I delivered the car with floor mats (this seems to be a recurring habit as they failed to return the mats the first time as well).
I was out of there by 5:30pm.
Once home I had a closer inspection (simply rolled back the driver seat) and found what can be seen in the attached images.
In conclusion I paid $200 for an unfinished service, had the child car seat taken out against my instruction, and once again had an argument over my floor mats.
Unfortunately my preferred car wash service on the Melton Hwy (PT Hand Car Wash) seems to have closed due to covid.
Do not waste your time and money with this lot!
