We have stayed at the hotel a couple times and both times have not been a disappointment. The first time we stayed we had a room at the front of the building which was really nice. If you had the window open you could hear road noise but that was expected. the second time we stayed we had one of the family rooms (think it was 201) which was a really nice size for a family room. It over looked the garden which wasn't a problem at all. (The garden shuts quite early so you get no noise from customers late at night) Also had the bin yard near our room. Got woken up at around 6am by what sounded like a barrel being dropped or knocked over. Not the staffs fault at all accidents happen (our own fault for having the windows open lol). The staff there i could not fault them at all they are all so welcoming and friendly. Always have a smile on their faces and always up for a chat which is lovely. Will definitely return if we find ourselves back in Hull.

Stayed overnight. Large clean room. Good breakfast. Struggled for a table previous evening. Cheap cheerful and clean rooms. Would stay again

I went on a Friday evening about 7pm and chose my table carefully near a window as I had a young child with me. The service was excellent and found the staff so very helpful, even helping me out by telling me places to visit etc during my stay. The reputation that Wetherspoons has, I was completely surprised at how nice The Admiral of the Humber was and I would definitely return again.
