A Very friendly pub and very good food and drink. We popped in here after driving passed this little village numerous times on our way home from Banbury. What a lovely little pub, its a fusion of modern and old, its not trendy but its just comfortable and very welcoming!!. The lady serving us was great and made us feel very welcome. I had a lovely pint recommended to me by a chatty regular and the house wine was very good. Sometimes you just know when the food is well cooked, using fresh oils and ingredients and this was one of those places. We only had a few light bites off the menu but they were very tasty and Im happy to say we will be returning to try more on the menu. Well done to the people who run this place and be warned Im coming back for my ultimate pub grub test "Fish and Chips".
