Nail tech was extremely rude, she was really rough when doing my nails and she kept digging her nails in me, in one of those I jerked and she cut me with the buffing machine, after that I was like okay she will be more gentle now. But that wasn’t the case, I told her again you keep digging your nails in me, and she got all defensive and said “I don’t know what you want me to do, I already cut them!” At that point I told her she was extremely rude and that I did not want her to continue doing my nails, she then got up and started screaming at me, at this point the entire salon was staring at us, I told her I would not continue arguing with her because she still stood there screaming at me some more, I told her I was done and said you should not argue with customers, which she replied to and said I was the rude one. Worse experience I’ve ever had, I will not be going back there again. I just cannot believe that’s the way they do business.
