Went to this beautifully set out cafe in Ballarat, the food was delicious however one staff member was horrendous, Her name was Courtney, I had to order to my family of 5, every time I read out something from the menu I wanted, she kept saying is that all for today……I had about 10 things to order as everyone got a meal and a drink, she was so pushy it was annoying! Then one of the drinks came out incorrectly and I said I actually didn’t order this I ordered something else to which she replied no I took your order you told me this is what you wanted Confused as I never would normally order this certain drink! She then proceeded to ask if I can just have this drink…… To which I wasn’t very keen on, a mum needs her morning coffee to function if you know what I mean. She left a sour taste in my mouth and wasn’t at all accomodating, she was arrogant and obviously didn’t want to be there, it’s such a shame as the ambiance and food was lovely.
