Open 24hrs, Cafe Colma inside Lucky Chances casino. I made the mistake of sitting too close to the chef's window where the waitresses yell in Tagalog to each other. This restaurant can be loud. The prime rib $30 tasted fine. It was a bit dry. The mash potatoes weren't good. It tasted like cardboard if it wasn't for the gravy. The vegetables were the frozen type. I did enjoy the complementary minestrone soup. It was a thick soup with plenty of vegetables and pasta. Service was fast and my food came out quick. Bonus points for the variety of dishes.
