I love Caliente's. I have never been disappointed. I normally get a California burrito, but today was my first time back since 2014. I decided to shake it up and went with the Steak Fajitas. Delicious. The flavor of the steak was superb. Perfect char. Done perfectly at requested medium-rare. There were a couple minor details I could critique the whole dish on but I won't. I'll just say if it was this fantastic on the cook's "off" day, I'm sure on their best day it will be purely divine. Very pleased with my meal. And I highly recommend. I also went solo and sat at the bar during a lunch rush and the staff was fantastic, friendly, and prompt throughout the experience. Side note, I'm gonna need their spicy salsa recipe.. it's perfect. And not overwhelming for someone who like I little kick.
