We have been a customer here for quite some time and never had any issues. After ordering and being told food would arrive in 45 minutes, the food eventually arrived after an hour and a half. We rang to chase, to be told it's on its way. 15 minutes later, still no food (we live not even a 5 minute drive away). Rang back to be told he'll be there in 2 minutes. Food finally arrived and the chips and burger bun where chewy and stale, and the 'free' garlic bread to be luke warm and chewy. I don't know what has gone wrong with this place, but it saddens me to say we certainly won't be ordering from them again.
