Right now they're not open for dine in, but that's OK. I usually judge a place by their dumplings or pot stickers and Chang Lee did not disappoint. The pot stickers tasted as though the filling was made for my order and not sitting around all day. The crab angels were good but not spectacular, I would however, order them again. The sweet and sour shrimp was awesome. The shrimp were huge and perfectly cooked. The sweet/sour balance was perfect. This is the best Chinese food I have had in a very long time. I will order from Chang Lee again.
