I will never go back. I've been here a few times. The mother ( older lady) did my nails at first. Then the daughter did my nails. She was rude and very sorry with people that called or came in. I had originally given them 5 stars but after my last experience it dropped to 1. I wish I could've given them a-5 star rating.
They don't take appointments, which is fine. I went in and waited for my turn. When it was my turn the girl evidently didn't want to do my nails. Instead of calling me to her chair She tells another tech to let her have the customer she doing. I now have to go to the back with another tech. She gave no explanation as to why she put another lady in her chair instead of me. The other customer looked as confused and I was. I could hear the tech whispering to her customer and both laugh. I don't know if she was talking about me or not. Since she had no apology or explanation, I assumed the worst. As far as I'm concerned she won't ever have to endure doing my nails again.
I'm glad it happened though because had it not been for her being so rude I ended up finding a great nail place much closer to my house, and this place is open on Sundays!
