Tonight we dined at Fangs , we have been a few times but never written a review .Tonight we felt it was a good opportunity after another amazing meal . We booked a table late afternoon the same day and requested the inside window seat , we were the people that the previous reviewer mentioned ,except we had booked our favourite spot in advance -my husband is Asian Australian . Booking a table before you come is the way to go with this restaurant as its incredibly busy and can be difficult to get a table , apart from this the food is beautifully freshly cooked to order the staff work flat out crafting their amazing dumplings . So many flavourful dishes - my favourite are the salt and Pepper prawns ! All the staff have always given us fantastic customer service ! We can't wait to go back
