In fairness these pizzas do have plenty of taste, but beware when ordering the gluten free option, as even though I made it clear to the staff the my daughter has a severe gluten allergy, there did not seem to be high importance when managing cross contamination. Although the staff did wash hands before and after handling the gluten free base, it was put in the oven onto the same rotating base as all the regular pizzas, then removed with the same removal device as the other pizza I had ordered.
To their credit, they did remake the gluten free one, but I fear that had I not gone in store and watched them make it, it would have gone unnoticed meaning my daughter getting very ill from it.
Other places I have visited offering gluten free options are very strict in their application of cross contamination protocols, its a pity this pace is less so. Hence the one star.
