I’ve been a loyal customer for almost four years and used to like the variety of sandwiches, their sophisticated quality, amount of filling and incredible taste. After Covid their prices went up and the sandwiches become more scarce. Even with little filling they still taste nice and were adequately flavoured.
This morning I ordered a large almond latte and came back for my late breakfast to have a couple of sandwiches and to have another small almond latte.
My order was not taken correctly and I was given a normal latte. When I pointed out the mistake the person who took my order abruptly told me “No! You’ve asked for latte”, shrugged his shoulders, took coffee back and didn’t offer to replace it.
The one star is for his impolite customer service which together with my 4$ left for wrong coffee make it in total 5. Hope that he’ll become richer. Other staff are always warm and welcoming.
