Genuine North Chinese cuisine at a good price. And it's halal. It's fair to say that I have been looking for a restaurant like this for several years, thinking they only exist in the really large cities like London, but imagine my surprise and joy and finding one almost on my doorstep. Since discovering it I have been there four times (in less than two months!).
The food is prepared and cooked freshly on site from scratch. You can tell the difference between it and lesser quality food straight away.
As it's authentic cuisine, it may take you a couple of visits to adjust your palette, that depends on you.
The mother (chef) and daughter (service) team works brilliantly. Just make sure you ask for chopsticks beforehand.
I will definitely keep visiting this place.
