We went in for dinner tonight around 610 pm with only 3 other tables seated before us. It started off with none of their high chairs having buckles, which made it impossible for us to use for our one year. So we spent over an hour battling to keep an active toddler in the booth with us and stopping her from climbing the table and trying to run around. We almost got up and left because of this alone and we should have. We ordered immediately and ended up waiting for an hour with only receiving our bread, and while the cheese bread was decent, the free bread was nothing to get excited over and I would request no bread due to it if I were coming back. Once 7pm rolled around and still no sign of our food or any kind of update on it, and an increasingly antsy toddler we asked our server to switch our order to go. Shortly after this we finally received our food and were in the car at 730. We at least thought with how long the food took it would be fresh and good. We were mistaken, and it being to go was not the cause of this. The gnocchi tasted like it was old frozen gnocchi, and my chicken parrmesan was a slab a grilled chicken with some sauce thrown on it, no parm or anything else to be found. To have paid so much and waited so long with no high chair to have this quality of food was the last straw for us. I will say the staff were very warm and friendly, but it doesn't make up for all the other glaring issues we had here.
