RV broke down. Mike was the first call I made. Said he’d be there in a couple of hours because he was far away. To be expected when break down on the road and lucky enough to find a mobile repair person. He took the time to ask me really good questions about the problem and as we were discussing it he advised not to drive it - just seemed too unsafe. I really appreciated that. He arrived and got right to work. 100% competent, persevered to figure out what was causing the problem. Found it. Fixed it. Mike is a great guy. He sat and had a cup of coffee with me. He has 40 years of working as the lead mechanic at for a hospital’s fleet of vehicles. I feel very fortunate to have met Mike. He cares about the people as much as fixing the vehicles.
