I have been coming here since I was a young boy. I am now 62 and living in Brampton, but I still make the drive to Etobicoke to get my haircut from Tony. I have read a lot of the reviews here and find that most of the negative ones deal with miscommunication or one of the new staff. No salon has the same staff forever. Pretty sure also that the staff here are independent and rent a chair.
Aldo has been cutting womens hair as far back as I can remember. Tony and Filipo cut mens hair and have also been there forever. On occasion Tony is away on holiday and I have used some of the others. They do a decent job, but everyone has a barber they find that always cuts the right way for your style.
Tony is (I believe) older than me and has been cutting hair since he was 12 or 14. If you want a good haircut for a decent price, try them out. If you dont like that barber, try the others before you give them a bad review. A lot of the posts are like mine, been going for years, so they cant be as bad as these other reviews are saying.
