Mystic Pizza has always been our favorite pizza place in Sunbury, the pizzas are delish and toppings are generous. Unfortunately the last three times we have ordered there have been issues with the order and no apology from the staff. Twice delivery has been delayed by at least half an hour (despite assurances from staff on the phone that the driver was already on his way) and on the occasion we organised to pick up, they told us they had lost our order and asked us to wait while they made it from scratch. Only to discover 15 minutes later that the order was indeed ready and sitting on top of the pizza oven waiting for us.
Not only was last night's order late, the bases were soggy and we had to eat with a knife and fork. We won't be back, three strikes and you're out.
