The first time I went I was very pleased with the pedicure. The salon has ample staff. I didn't wait long before being taken in. The water was warm and pedicure process was comfortable and clean and relaxing.
Today, I had to wait when someone who was an hour late for her appointment was taken in before me. The technician was pleasant, however I wish she had taken more time and the polish application was not as even as before. My manicure was hurried and polish not well applied. The manager apologized and told me he would speak to the technician and that I should tell him next time that I requested a different tech. I will go back.
