The other reviews MUST be family and friends! They did a decent job on my husband's truck- but for DOUBLE/TRIPLE the price! The guy actually had the audacity to tell my husband that "yes, we're one of the more expensive shops around"- of course that was only after I paid and they screwed us! I have NEVER trusted mechanics/shops and these people are EXACTLY why! Or maybe it was because I(a woman) went there to pay! MAKE SURE YOU GET A QUOTE(or have a man with you)!! I will NEVER even consider them again! Change of spark plugs, rethreaded 1, and put a new coil on 1 = $462!!!
He said the spark plugs took almost 4hours and placing the coil took 1 1/2(it's laughable)!! The parts were $78 and the rest, well you all know, SERVICE FEE!!
And come to find out, their "drop box" for your keys, is the MAILBOX!
He also wanted me to leave the keys for the night to have "one of the guys" drive it home so he knows it's good to go........ this is NOT made up!lol
