I have always found Rowan’s to be pricey but we got a shock today when my husband was way overcharged. He asked for a receipt and was only given receipt for total and had to request a breakdown receipt. He had six items and receipt showed he was charged for 9. No apology or explanation when asked how it could have happened. Another person just shouted over give him his money back!!!! How unprofessional and is this why we have always found it pricey?? Have never asked for a breakdown receipt before but would definitely recommend everyone does to ensure they aren’t be overcharged with items they didn’t buy!
