Very impressed. Initial impression - the place was very clean and tables were cleared quickly (a favourite bugbear of mine is dirty tables), service was prompt and pleasant.
I had a very nice egg mayonnaise sandwich which was obviously freshly made and came with a small side salad which was just enough, a lovely big custard tart and two cups of proper filter coffee. The prices are reasonable.
The ladies toilets were clean - I saw them being cleaned twice during my visit. For obvious reasons I didnt go into the gents! All in all this is a cafe that I will happily visit again.
